Job Overview:

This role involves driving the go-to-market strategy, overseeing product development, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the product alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, expand market reach, and achieve growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for multiple product offerings across various BUs.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Oversee the market positioning of products within each BU and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Collaborate with Product Managers across different BUs to define and finalize Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and ensure product alignment across all BU lines.
Provide input on competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and market positioning for each BU.
Support the planning, development, and execution of product launches for different BU offerings.




Work with Marketing team to develop content for webpages, brochures, videos, blogs, and webinars.
Assist the Sales Team in engaging target customers across BUs.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients across BUs.
Gather customer feedback, understand pain points, and incorporate insights into product development for various BUs.
Work closely with engineering, design, R&D;, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development across BUs.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, ensuring alignment on product

Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields.
4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in managing products across multiple business units or product lines from Electronic Components/ Semiconductor industry.
Experience in industries such as embedded systems, IoT, vision systems, automotive, wireless communications, or similar verticals is a plus.
Solid understanding of go-to-market strategies, market research, and product development lifecycle.
