The Manager – Marketing is responsible for leading and managing all marketing and business development activities of the hospital to increase patient footfall, strengthen the hospital's brand presence, and build strategic referral networks. The role involves leading a team of PROs, executing Annual Marketing Plans (AMP), ensuring budget adherence, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of all PROs across assigned geographical territories.
Prepare, implement, and review the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) and ensure timely execution of all planned activities.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activities and ensure achievement of defined targets.
Ensure adherence to the approved marketing budget and optimize resource utilization.
Develop and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies to improve patient acquisition, referrals, and brand visibility.
Increase recent patient registrations and overall hospital business through focused marketing initiatives.




Build and maintain robust relationships with referring doctors, hospitals, corporates, NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations.
Plan and execute cancer awareness programs, screening camps, CME programs, and community outreach initiatives.
Establish and strengthen corporate tie-ups, institutional collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient referral patterns to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with clinical, operations, and administration teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Submit periodic MIS reports, performance dashboards, and business development updates to management.

Reporting To: Executive Director / CEO

Team Responsibility: Marketing Executives / PROs (Approx. 12 Team Members)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
