Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
Develop current business opportunities through dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
Expand market presence by identifying current sales channels and customer segments.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners and key customers.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Technical Sales Support
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and advantages.
Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.
Provide technical consultations before and after the sale.
Address technical queries and recommend suitable solutions.

Channel Management
Appoint and develop dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Conduct product knowledge and sales training for channel partners.
Monitor channel performance and support sales growth initiatives.
Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories.

Customer Relationship Management




Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their requirements.
Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with technical and service teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collect customer feedback for product improvement.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Identify emerging customer needs and provide feedback to Product Management and R&D.;
Submit market intelligence reports and sales forecasts.

Product Promotion
Support exhibitions, trade fairs, roadshows, dealer meets, and product launches.
Conduct awareness programs and technical seminars for customers and channel partners.
Promote new product launches and marketing campaigns.

Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate CRM records, customer visits, and sales pipeline.
Track quotations, enquiries, orders, collections, and customer follow-ups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
