Client Servicing Manager (3–5 Years Experience in ADVERTISING ,DIGITAL,CREATIVE Agency is must ) for Mumbai Office

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in an Advertising, Creative, Branding, or Design Agency.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Understand client requirements and translate them into explicit creative and execution briefs.
Coordinate with Creative, Design, Production, Digital, Media, and Strategy teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client objectives.
Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and category research to identify trends and opportunities.
Present campaign ideas, concepts, and strategic recommendations confidently to clients.




Proactively pitch new campaign ideas, creative solutions, and business opportunities to existing clients to drive account growth.
Manage project timelines, budgets, feedback, approvals, and deliverables.
Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Support new business initiatives, agency pitches, and account expansion prospects.
