Arabic Retailer Support Executive

We are looking for Arabic-speaking professionals to join our Retailer Support team in Jaipur. This is a voice-based customer support role where you will assist retailers by resolving their queries and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle retailer support queries through voice calls.
Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details.
Follow company processes to ensure high-quality customer support.

Eligibility
Graduate (Mandatory)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
Good communication skills in English.

Compensation & Benefits




Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on skills and experience)
Five-day work week
Rotational shifts (primarily night shifts)
10-hour shift, including a 1-hour break
Cab facility for eligible night shifts
