Machine Setup & Operation: Calibrate, load, and start production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Quality Control: Conduct periodic visual and dimensional quality checks on finished goods using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, or gauges).
Routine Maintenance & Basic Troubleshooting: Perform preventative maintenance, clean machinery, and address minor operational issues or adjustments during shifts.
Material Loading: Supply machines with raw materials or components and efficiently transparent/package finished products.
Record Keeping: Log production runs, output metrics, downtime causes, and quality defects accurately at the end of each cycle.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA standards, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean work cell.
