Assigning daily tasks to laborers, masons, and subcontractors, and monitoring their work output.

Ensuring all machinery and concreting equipment are operational and ready for use.

Resolving in office design flaws and engineering setbacks as they emerge.

Monitoring the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met and reporting any delays.
