Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
MIRs and JMRs preparation and follow ups with Clients / Project Managers.
Timely certification by clients/consultants.
Timely submission of monthly RA Bills.
Deriving the RABs final values and co-ordination with Accounts to generate E-invoices and submission of the same to Clients.
Reduction in billing cycle time.
Accuracy of quantities and billing documentation.
Recovery of certified payments within agreed timelines.
Effective management of variation claims.
Accurate subcontractor billing verification.
Zero billing disputes arising from quantity or documentation errors.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
