Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager with field sales experience to handle individual sales operations across Punjab. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a proven approach to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field sales activities across assigned locations in Punjab
Generate new leads and acquire customers independently
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closure
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers
Report daily/weekly sales updates to management





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in field sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good client handling and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven personality
Ability to work independently (individual role)
Willingness to travel across Punjab for sales activities
Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
