We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our products, build robust customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers.
Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and promotional offers.
Collect orders and ensure timely follow-up for deliveries.
Coordinate with the accounts team regarding outstanding payments.
Conduct market research and report competitor activities.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising at customer locations.
Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates.
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements
Minimum qualification:



12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
Experience in FMCG, cleaning products, or consumer goods sales is preferred.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
