Review RFQs, tender documents, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals for automation, electrical, instrumentation, and control system projects.
Develop system architecture, bill of materials (BOM), cost estimates, and pricing calculations.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, projects, and vendors for technical and commercial inputs.
Conduct technical clarifications and discussions with customers during the bidding stage.
Prepare compliance statements, deviation lists, and technical documentation.
Evaluate vendor quotations and select suitable products and solutions.
Ensure proposals comply with applicable industry standards, customer specifications, and company policies.
Maintain proposal records, costing sheets, and bid documentation.
Support contract review and handover activities after order receipt.
Support junior proposal engineers and review their work for technical accuracy.
Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and estimation methodologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
