Internship & Employment Terms
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Monthly Stipend: ₹8,000
Based on successful completion of the internship and performance, candidates may be offered a full-time position with a salary of ₹18,000 per month.
Candidates accepting the full-time offer must serve the company for a minimum of 6 months.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Creative & Multimedia Designer who is eager to build expertise in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, and Video Editing. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple creative domains while working on real client and marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Create website and mobile app UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
Edit reels, promotional videos, YouTube videos, advertisements, and other digital content.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Figma
Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and video editing.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Valuable time management and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
