Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our software solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and product demonstrations to closing deals and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Convert prospects into paying customers.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Manage sales activities using CRM tools.
Visit clients for meetings and presentations when required.
Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
Ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Experience selling CRM, ERP,



SaaS platforms, or technology solutions is preferred.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Must own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
Willingness to travel occasionally.

10% incentive on revenue after monthly revenue exceeds ₹2.5 Lakhs
