We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy construction machinery used in road, highway, bridge, and civil infrastructure projects.
Job Location
Project Sites – Chhattisgarh
Key Responsibilities
Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of heavy construction equipment.
Ensure maximum equipment availability with minimum downtime.
Coordinate daily maintenance activities with mechanics, operators, and site engineers.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues.
Maintain service schedules, inspection records, and equipment history.
Monitor fuel consumption, lubricants, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure protected operation and compliance with company maintenance standards.
Plan and execute periodic servicing of all project machinery.

Qualification
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy construction equipment maintenance.
Experience in road, highway, bridge, mining, or civil construction projects will be preferred.
