Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The candidate should have positive communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Respond to customer queries via phone
Provide information about financial services and appointment details
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Follow up with customers for confirmations and feedback
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements:
Positive communication skills (English + Hindi , Kannada )
Basic computer knowledge
Robust listening and problem-solving skills




Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
