The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring both white-collar and blue-collar employees across various departments. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for white-collar (engineers, executives, managers) and blue-collar (technicians, operators, helpers) roles
Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, references, and agencies
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback
Manage bulk hiring requirements for projects and sites
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Conduct background verification and document collection
Ensure timely onboarding and joining formalities
Build robust talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
Qualification - MBA in HR

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
