About the Role

Aerion Medtech is looking for a Medical Representative to work across our device portfolio, spanning operation theatre equipment, neural rehabilitation and exoskeleton devices, and portable ENT endoscopy systems.

You'll be speaking to different specialists across different departments, so we need someone who can pick up technical detail quickly and adapt their pitch to whoever's in front of them.

What You'll Do
Build relationships with surgeons, physiotherapists, ENT specialists, and hospital procurement teams Demonstrate devices across all three verticals, OT imaging systems, rehab and exoskeleton equipment, and portable ENT endoscopes
Run live product demos and installations, and train staff on daily use
Manage your own pipeline end to end, from lead generation to closing
Coordinate with the internal team on order processing, servicing, and support
Stay updated on recent products, pricing, and client needs across all three spaces

What We're Looking For




1 to 3 years of medical device sales experience, across OT, rehab, or ENT/diagnostic equipment
Comfortable learning and explaining technical products across specialities
Valuable communication with clinical staff and hospital admin
Able to work independently and travel for hospital visits
Biomedical, biotech, or life sciences background is a plus
