Job Title: Labour Welfare Officer
Department: HR & Administration
Reports To: HR Manager / Factory Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring employee welfare, statutory compliance, and maintaining harmonious industrial relations within the factory.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Promote employee welfare programs.
Coordinate medical camps, health check-ups, and welfare activities.
Liaise with government labor departments.
Maintain statutory registers and records.
Conduct employee awareness programs.
Support HR in employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with welfare provisions under applicable labor laws.
Assist during labor inspections and audits.

Required Qualifications:
Degree with Labour Welfare/HR specialization.
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
