We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead showroom sales operations and drive business growth in the electronics & home appliances division.
Eligibility:
Any Degree / MBA Preferred
Minimum experience in electronics & home appliances industry required
Required Skills & Experience:
Must have strong experience in Electronics & Home Appliances Sales
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of small and large appliances
Experience in sales planning and showroom operations
Ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall showroom sales operations
Lead and supervise sales team performance
Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with purchase, stock and marketing teams
Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
Ensure excellent customer service standards
