What is the Role About?
The Resort Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the resort and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. The role includes supervising all departments, leading the team, managing budgets, improving occupancy and revenue, and maintaining excellent hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort.
Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve guest concerns.
Lead, train, and supervise resort staff.
Monitor budgets, occupancy, expenses, and revenue.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to increase bookings.
Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, etc.).
Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
At least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or beach resorts is preferred.
