Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up to date with the latest social media trends.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories)
Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube)
Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments, messages, and mentions
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and promotions
Track and analyze performance metrics using analytics tools
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and insights
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices




Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in social media management
Robust understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
Video editing skills (short-form content like reels/shorts)
Influencer collaboration experience

Growth in followers and engagement rate
Website traffic from social channels
Lead generation and conversions
Campaign ROI and performance metrics

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
