Job Title: Recruitment Operations Specialist(Spanish) Construction Labour Location: Panchkula Job Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift(5 days) Job Summary: We're looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist to join our team and manage the recruitment, scheduling, and management of construction labourers for various projects across Canada. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and experience in recruitment or construction, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Source and recruit construction labourers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, pliders, general labourers) - Coordinate with construction sites and clients to determine staffing needs - Schedule and dispatch labourers to job sites - Manage labourer schedules, timesheets, and payroll - Ensure compliance with Canadian labour laws and regulations - Maintain accurate records and databases - Build relationships with construction companies, trade unions,
