Project Manager – Civil : Responsibilities
Overall planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Preparing project schedules, work programs, and monitoring progress to meet target dates.
Coordination with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors for smooth project execution.
Supervision of site activities including civil, structural, and finishing works.
Ensuring quality control as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical standards.
Managing site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and labor teams.
Monitoring material procurement, consumption, and inventory at site.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Reviewing and certifying running bills, subcontractor bills,



and measurement books.
Cost control, budget monitoring, and variance analysis to avoid cost overruns.
Resolving site issues, technical challenges, and coordinating corrective actions.
Conducting regular site meetings and preparing progress reports for management.
Ensuring timely completion of milestones and handover of the project.
Coordination for inspections, approvals, and snag-list closure.
Maintaining proper documentation, drawings, and project records.

Pay: ₹453,306.40 - ₹887,173.60 per year
