Job Description:

Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets (Current & Pre-Owned, if applicable).
Plan and execute showroom and field sales strategies to improve footfalls and conversions.
Monitor enquiry flow, booking, retail, delivery, and cancellation trends.
Identify recent business opportunities through corporate, exchange, finance, and referral channels.
Ensure proper sales forecasting, pipeline management, and market coverage.

Team Management
Lead, motivate, and supervise Sales Executives / Team Leaders.
Set individual targets and review daily and monthly performance.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
