Key Responsibilities
Attend all incoming calls professionally.
Make outgoing calls to potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide basic information about our services.
Follow up with clients whenever required.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during every conversation.
Coordinate with the concerned team whenever necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident and qualified speaking skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
