We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to help students develop the communication, interpersonal, and qualified skills required for successful careers. The trainer will conduct engaging classroom sessions, prepare students for interviews, and improve their overall employability.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training on communication skills, spoken English, personality development, and workplace etiquette.

Conduct sessions on interview skills, group discussions, resume building, and presentation skills.

Improve students' confidence, body language, and public speaking abilities.

Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback.

Prepare training materials, activities, and assessments.

Track student progress and maintain training records.





Coordinate with placement and academic teams to ensure students are industry-ready.

Organize mock interviews and career readiness workshops.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Valuable command of English and Hindi.

Knowledge of interview preparation and corporate communication.

Ability to engage and motivate students.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
