Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, be target-oriented, and passionate about helping students choose the right course.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or Excel.
Assist students with the application and documentation process.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for a smooth admission process.
Participate in education fairs, seminars,



and promotional events when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
