Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
Experience with cloud service management and monitoring tools related to Microsoft Azure PaaS.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis techniques.
Ability to work with scripting and automation tools to streamline support tasks.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
