We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and plating
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP standards)
Support inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service




Assist in menu development and testing recent recipes when required

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (café or restaurant preferred)
Basic knowledge of continental and café-style cuisine
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
