Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business prospects through calls, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Reach out to prospective customers and introduce the company's products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM (Zoho).
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business development targets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Attend client meetings, presentations, and business networking events when required.
Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.

Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Male & Female candidates can apply.
Nearby candidates are preferred.




Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM software is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel when required.
