Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per tender specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
Identification and preparation of extra items.
Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of material for opening balance and closing balance.
Responsible for verification of certified RA bills.
Preparing all billing records and marinating Measurement book.
Material Reconciliation.
Daily progress report tracking and mantaing.
Sub- contractor Bill / client bill mandatory and reconciliation.
Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.
Proper entering of bills without errors.
Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site.
