About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) who can identify potential clients, build robust business relationships, and drive revenue growth by selling our creative and digital solutions to businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
Connect with decision-makers and pitch company services effectively.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing, proposals, and close business deals successfully.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
Maintain sales pipeline and track leads through CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Research market trends, competitors, and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.

Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot CRM or Salesforce is a plus.
