Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with interview panels.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary, issue offer letters, and assist with onboarding.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with recruitment trends and best HR practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
