Job Title: Electrical Technician Trainer

Total Experience: 4 - 6 Years
Domain Training Experience: 2 -3 Years
Salary Range: Up to 5 LPA (based on experience and skill set)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Technician Trainer to provide practical and theoretical training in electrical systems. The role involves training students in installation, wiring, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring they meet industry standards and are prepared for employment in industrial and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training on electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Conduct both classroom and hands-on practical sessions
Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and protocols
Prepare trainees for assessments, certifications, and job readiness
Develop and update training content, lesson plans, and practical modules
Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports
Support candidates with interview preparation and technical guidance
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth training operations
Travel as required for training assignments
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Electrical), Diploma in Electrical / Power Systems, B.Tech / BE (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics), Certification in Advanced Electrical Skills (preferred)
Experience: Total Experience: 5 – 7 years
Minimum 2 years of relevant training / domain experience
ITI candidates should have 5–7 years of relevant industrial experience
Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills
Strong command over local language, Hindi, and basic English
Solid technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
Knowledge of training methodologies and activities
Good interpersonal and classroom management skills
Willingness to travel
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
