Coordinate and manage the complete rehabilitation journey of 8 year old child , ensuring continuity between doctors, therapists, caregivers and family while documenting measurable progress.
Qualifications
BOT/MOT preferred; alternatively BPT/MPT, BASLP, BSc Nursing with pediatric neuro experience. 3–5+ years in pediatric neurorehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate PT, OT, Speech, Vision and home therapies. Maintain therapy schedules and goals. Document daily progress, videos and milestone tracking. Manage medical records (MRI, PET, EEG, genetics, consultations). Coordinate appointments and multidisciplinary reviews. Send daily updates, weekly summaries and monthly progress reports. Train caregivers and maintain therapy SOPs. Research evidence-based pediatric neurorehabilitation advances. Skills Documentation, empathy, organization, MS Office/Google Workspace, willingness to travel.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
