Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tamil Telecaller to handle outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Tamil, a persuasive personality, and experience in sales or customer service within the wellness, healthcare, or Ayurvedic industry.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain wellness and Ayurvedic products, their advantages, and promotional offers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Build solid customer relationships through effective communication.
Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Accurately update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Required Skills




Excellent verbal communication in Tamil.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric approach with good listening skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Fresher or experienced in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Experience in the Wellness, Ayurveda, Healthcare, or Nutraceutical industry will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent Tamil communication skills may also be considered.
