Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with robust expertise in Advanced Excel to manage data, generate insightful reports, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis, report automation, dashboard creation, and maintaining accurate business records.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain agile dashboards using Advanced Excel.
Track KPIs and present actionable insights to management.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Generate performance reports for Operations, Sales, and Management teams.
Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas and functions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and reconciliation.
Identify trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities.
Maintain MIS documentation and reporting templates.





Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level).
Hands-on experience with:
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP
INDEX-MATCH
IF, IFS, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS
TEXT, DATE, Logical & Lookup Functions
Conditional Formatting
Data Validation
Remove Duplicates & Data Cleaning
Advanced Filters & Sorting
Power Query (Preferred)
Excel Dashboards
Basic Macros/VBA (Preferred)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or Business Operations.
Experience with Power BI or Google Sheets is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
