Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

Location: Topsia, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month (based on experience)

Experience required - Minimum 1 year or more in Recruiter job role is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty and non-faculty positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Requirements
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work with recruitment targets

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
