Telecaller & Receptionist

Fab Signature Salon – Kochi

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and organized Telecaller & Receptionist to join our team.

Freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply! Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
Schedule and manage client appointments.
Welcome and assist clients at the reception.
Follow up with clients regarding appointments and salon offers.
Handle billing and basic front desk administrative tasks.
Maintain a warm and professional experience for every client.

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
Basic computer skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
