Position: Branch Manager
Department: Sales & Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations, including Sales, Service, Spares, and Customer Relations.
Achieve monthly sales, service, revenue, and profitability targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to improve performance.
Monitor daily enquiries, bookings, deliveries, service inflow, and collections.
Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of complaints.
Monitor stock, vehicle inventory, spares, cash handling, and branch expenses.
Ensure adherence to company policies, dealership standards, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales, Service, and Head Office teams.




Review branch KPIs and submit periodic performance reports to management.
Drive local marketing activities and business development initiatives.

Requirements: Graduate/Diploma with 3–5 years of automobile/two-wheeler dealership experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Solid leadership, sales, operations, and customer-handling skills required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
