Job Description:
Knowledge about 7 QC Tools, 8D, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP.
Monitor and support the audits conducted ny the customer during their visit to the factory
Monitor the customer audit observation and its action plan in the given timelineto smoothly execute the amendments
Ensure closure of the NC in the Customer Audit by filling the NC report given by customer with relevant evidence
Collect individual customer satisfaction feedback as per plan and customer score card
Reduce customer end PPM by Planning and conducting process study (MSA, SPC , Pareto analysis) and on time submission of 8-D analysis report to the customer
Working on of ISO 9001: 2015 & IATF 16949: 2016, 14001:2015, 45001:2018
Co-ordinate with the QMS team to conduct audits and attend the customer audits
