Photonics Watertech Ltd. is looking for Solar Technicians and Senior Solar Technicians to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and commission solar photovoltaic systems. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality installation and effective system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Install solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical components.
Perform wiring, cable laying, earthing, and system connections.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot system faults and technical issues.
Assist in testing and commissioning of solar power plants.
Follow safety procedures and site guidelines.
Maintain installation and maintenance records.
Lead installation teams and train junior technicians where applicable.
Experience
Solar Technician: 0–3 Years
Senior Solar Technician: 3–7 Years
Required Skills
Solar installation and maintenance.
Electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
Understanding of solar system components.
Teamwork and field coordination.
Ability to work at heights and outdoor locations.
