Position: Consultant Anesthesiologist
Department: Anesthesia & Critical Care
Qualification: MD/DNB/DA in Anesthesiology with valid NMC/State Medical Council registration
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessment (PAC) and evaluate patient fitness for surgery.
Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for surgical and diagnostic procedures.
Monitor patients during surgery and manage anesthesia-related complications.
Provide post-operative pain management and recovery care.
Manage emergency airway, trauma, and critical care cases.
Support ICU, OT, obstetric, and emergency services as required.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and anesthesia records.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and OT staff to ensure patient safety.
Participate in quality improvement, infection control, and clinical audits.
