AI/ML Engineer – Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-powered solutions to solve real-world business problems. The candidate should have strong analytical thinking, programming expertise, and hands-on experience with modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
Work on AI-based applications such as predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, and computer vision.
Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Integrate AI/ML models into production environments and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and product teams.
Monitor model performance and retrain models when required.
Research and implement latest AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.




Prepare technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and OpenCV.
Understanding of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision is an added advantage.
Experience with model deployment and REST APIs.
Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data handling techniques.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of Git/version control systems.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
