Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities (Maruti Suzuki Showroom)
Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and available offers.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
Generate recent leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, field visits, and corporate tie-ups.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into bookings and retail sales.
Achieve monthly sales, booking, finance, insurance, accessories, and exchange targets.
Assist customers with finance, insurance, and documentation processes.
Coordinate with the RTO, Accounts, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records and update all activities in the Dealership Management System (DMS)/CRM.
Ensure timely submission of booking forms, KYC documents, and sales-related paperwork.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participate in showroom events,



promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and outdoor marketing activities.
Follow Maruti Suzuki sales processes, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
Collect customer feedback after delivery and support customer retention initiatives.
Continuously update product knowledge, competitor information, and market trends.
Maintain qualified grooming and represent the dealership positively at all times.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
