Mandatory Requirements
4–5 years of experience as a Workshop Manager/Assistant Workshop Manager in the automobile dealership industry.
Experience in TVS or any reputed two-wheeler dealership will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of workshop operations, service processes, and customer handling.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day workshop operations efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with high-quality service.
Monitor workshop productivity and technician performance.
Achieve service revenue, labour, and productivity targets.
Handle customer complaints and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Ensure implementation of manufacturer service standards and SOPs.
Monitor spare parts coordination and workshop inventory.
Train, guide, and motivate the service team.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain workplace safety and operational discipline.
