3D Animator / Animation Artist

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented 3D Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will create high-quality animations for characters, creatures, facial performances, gameplay, cinematics, and real-time projects. You will work closely with motion capture data, animation pipelines, and game/film production teams to bring compelling performances to life.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality character, creature, facial, prop, gameplay, and cinematic animations.
Work with motion capture data, including retargeting, cleanup, curve editing, timing adjustments, and animation polishing.
Convert mocap data into production-ready animations for games, cinematics, trailers, and real-time experiences.
Create keyframe animations with solid body mechanics, weight, timing, acting, and posing.
Polish and blend animations to achieve natural and believable performances.
Collaborate with rigging, technical art, layout, and production teams to maintain animation quality and storytelling standards.




Export and integrate animations into game engines and real-time pipelines such as Unreal Engine and Unity.
Maintain organized animation files and follow studio production workflows.

Acting and performance-driven animation
Posing and movement principles
Experience in:
Keyframe animation
Motion capture cleanup
Retargeting workflows
Animation polishing
Looping and transition animations
Knowledge of animation curves, rig controls, and production animation pipelines.
Ability to animate:
Humanoid characters
Creatures and animals
Facial performances
Gameplay and cinematic sequences
