Job Opening – Customer Support Executive

Location: Work from Office (WFH இல்லை)

Language Requirement (Mandatory):

Candidates must be fluent in any one of the following languages:

Kannada

Telugu

Malayalam

Daily customer interactions இந்த languagesல இருக்கும்.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and WhatsApp

Assist with turf bookings, cancellations, and app support

Coordinate with turf owners for booking confirmation

Provide quick, polite resolutions

Maintain records and follow-ups

Requirements:

Positive communication skills

Basic mobile app knowledge

Ability to handle multiple conversations

Freshers can also apply

Note:

This is a Work from Office role (no remote option)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
