Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success and operational efficiency of a branch location. This role involves leading a team to achieve sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of branch employees to achieve individual and branch goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to policies and procedures, and effective risk management.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, expand the customer base, and increase profitability through active sales and cross-selling initiatives.
Ensure the delivery of superior customer service,



resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Manage branch budget, control expenses, and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure profitability.
Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements, including AML, KYC, and data privacy.
Recruit, train, and develop branch staff, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Act as a visible leader within the local community, building relationships with local businesses and organizations to enhance the branch's presence and reputation.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting branch strategies accordingly.
Safeguard branch assets, including cash, securities, and confidential customer information, ensuring robust security protocols are in place.
