Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can independently manage multiple client accounts, develop content strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely execution of campaigns across various social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand digital trends, audience behavior, content planning, and client communication while maintaining high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and content writers for content execution.
- Write creative briefs, captions, hashtags, and campaign ideas.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement and respond to community interactions where applicable.
- Conduct competitor research and identify emerging social media trends.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Attend client meetings and present content plans and campaign updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Suggest innovative campaign ideas, influencer collaborations, and content formats.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of content strategy and campaign planning.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Client handling and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace, and project management tools is preferred.
